LS6090 PRO
Our LS6090 is extremely popular among personal users, education and businesses alike, and for very good reason. The productivity potential of our 600mm x 900mm bed and 60W standard laser tube means the LS6090 really comes into it’s own when the pressure is on.
The clever cabinet design and heavy duty construction permits the option of an 80W or even a 130W tube upgrade! Thereby offering the LS6090 a new standard of flexibility and adaptability.
With a 230mm motorised bed height (Z axis) adjustment there is plenty of room for larger items. This also allows for the addition of a rotary attachment for engraving cylindrical objects such as bottles and glasses.
The visible red dot pointer offers an accurate indication for positioning your design, helping you to eliminate guesswork and minimise waste.
As with all the Laserscript PRO range, the LS6090 can even be quickly and easily split in order to fit through a standard single doorway. This is a feature we regularly use to great effect in installations with limited access.
Machine Specifications
A perfect blend of productivity and reliability
The LS6090 offers a new dimension in productivity thanks to its 600mm x 900mm bed and easy-to-use operator interface. The standard 60W water cooled CO2 glass laser tube is suitable for engraving and cutting a wide range of materials such as paper, card, fabrics, leather, plastics, rubber and wood. The power of the 60W tube also allows you to engrave slate, stone and glass. It will also mark onto uncoated metals with the aid of a ceramic marking compound.
We use only the highest quality mirrors and coated lenses in our machines and this is reflected in the reliability and durability of our products.
The LS6090 also has a clever pull-out offcut recovery drawer which is safely interlocked in accordance with EN 60825. The machine lid and laser tube access door are also safety interlocked to the same European standard with premium Allen Bradley CE marked coded switches to ensure compliance with CE requirements.

The complete LS6090 package
The LS6090 comes as a complete package, so that the customer can get to work without delay. No need to find extra components, as it includes the following:
- Separate air assist compressor to disperse heat, smoke and debris from the work area
- Fume extraction fan and flexible hoses
- IP68 submersible water pump and 35 litre water tank
- RDWorks software as standard. Lightburn software is available on request
Optional stand-alone fume filter and water chiller are available to perfectly integrate with the LS6090.
